For the longest time, the only ones allowed to keep dragons in the large white marble building just a few hundred feet from the castle was the King and Queen, but when the current King came into power, he decided to open up the spacious dragon keep up to the rich public, so they too would have a place to house their scaly friends. Run by the King's most trusted men and women, here all dragons are treated like royalty.
